my op went well thanks i felt no pain at all, well that is the point in a general but i mean there was no pain b4 the op like the thing they put i my hand wasnt painful

commission is where you get a percentage of the price of items you sell, not many shops do it any more cuz it causes competition between employees, but I know that the jessops in banbury they get commissions.
